Assesment
Young people are often referred for psychometric assessments by schools, medical practitioners (paediatricians, GPs, psychiatrists) and parents to obtain a comprehensive understanding of a child’s specific needs to guide appropriate intervention and support strategies. Results are provided to parents in a detailed psychological report including tailored recommendations for parents and schools. Cara offers educational and developmental (psychometric) assessments for a range of presentations including:

Therapy
We offer counselling and therapy for a range of challenges facing young people including:
- Anxiety (including phobias, separation anxiety, social and generalised anxiety)
